Monthly Webinar Series
A recurring live session that goes deeper into the topics covered in the four course modules, with room for questions the videos can't anticipate.
How the Series Works
One topic, once a month, live
The course modules are self-paced and fixed. The webinar series is the opposite: live, conversational, and shaped by whatever questions attendees bring. Each session picks up one theme from the course, unpacks it a little further, and leaves open time for discussion.
Sessions are recorded so people in different time zones can catch up later, but the live version includes real-time Q&A, which is the part most attendees say they find useful. It's not a substitute for the modules, more of a companion to them.
Recurring Themes
Topics the series tends to revisit
Because attendee questions shape each session, exact topics shift month to month. These are the themes that come up most consistently.
Chair setups for unusual furniture
Working through chair and stool shapes that don't fit the standard adjustment advice, including bar stools, benches, and armless dining chairs.
Dual-monitor and laptop-plus-monitor setups
Discussing how neck rotation changes when working across two screens of different heights or sizes.
Shared workspaces and small apartments
Adapting the course's recommendations when a dedicated desk area isn't realistic, including shared kitchen tables.
Building the micro-movement habit
Practical ways attendees have reminded themselves to do the hourly movements from Module Four without disrupting focus.
A Note on Format
Educational discussion, not clinical consultation
These sessions stay within the same boundaries as the course itself. Presenters answer general questions about ergonomics and biomechanics research, but they don't diagnose conditions, assess individual injuries, or provide personalized treatment recommendations during the webinar.
If a question falls outside that scope, the response is usually a suggestion to speak with a physical therapist or physician, along with a general explanation of the relevant research where one applies.
Live and recorded
Attend live for Q&A, or catch the recording afterward if the scheduled time doesn't fit your day.
Open discussion format
Questions submitted in advance and during the session both shape how much time each topic receives.
